Margaret Siwek
Following a 5-year career in Nursing and then exploring fine arts for another 5 years, Margaret decided to return to her roots of health and wellness and in 2005 she graduated from the ICT Kikkawa College, Toronto, Ontario.
When not in clinic, Margaret spends her time doing Yoga, different art projects, gardening, hiking, learning about bee keeping and getting involved in animal welfare by supporting various rescue organizations.
Her techniques involve Swedish massage, Thai Yoga massage, MLD massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and sport's massage. She is certified in several other modalities, including cupping, MPS Pain Therapy and Scar Tissue Therapy, that she can combine to create a unique and personal treatment for each patient. She can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued, sore muscles post-workout, stretch tight areas or improve function of joints. She can work with you on injury rehabilitation or assist in the relief of migraines and tension headaches. Her mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. She is a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body and mind. She advocates massage therapy for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and she strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
